As a seasoned GenAI software architect, you will design and develop cutting-edge applications that transform industries. We are seeking an expert who can leverage their knowledge of Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangFlow, Langgraph, LangSmith, Flowise, and other development tools to create innovative solutions.

Job Description:
  • Application Development Expertise:
    • Develop applications using Python, leveraging frameworks like FastAPI, Streamlit, and Gradio.
    • Apply RAG techniques to enhance application performance and work with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, and Qdrant.
    • Integrate knowledge graphs and fine-tune domain models using OSS LLMs such as Llama2, Mixtral, GPT-Neo, and GPT-J.
  • Domain Model Fine-Tuning Capabilities:
    • Fine-tune domain models using Python, Data Engineering, and tokenization frameworks like Tokenizers, Hugging Face Transformers, and PyTorch Lightning.
    • Work with datasets from HuggingFace Datasets and TensorFlow Datasets to enhance model performance.
  • LLMOps Proficiency:
    • Set up infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub Actions.
    • Monitor and manage LLMOps using Ray, SeldonCore, MLFlow, MLServer, Triton, BentoML, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Data Engineering for AI Applications:
    • Process and manage data using Python, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, AWS S3, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Delta Lake.
    • Automate workflows using Apache Airflow, dbt, Apache NiFi, Fivetran, Airbyte, and Great Expectations.
  • AI-Ready Cybersecurity Knowledge:
    • Model threats and apply security measures using AI-Specific Threat Modeling Tools, Secure ML Pipeline Tools, and API Security Tools.
    • Monitor and prevent attacks using AI Security Monitoring Tools, Prompt Injection Prevention Libraries, and Adversarial Example Detection Libraries.
  • GenAI Guardrails and Ethics:
    • Implement ethics and fairness frameworks and tools, bias detection and mitigation tools, and fairness metrics libraries to ensure responsible AI development.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation:
    • Evaluate model performance using metrics like Bleu, Rouge, Perplexity, BERT-Score, etc.
    Requirements
    • 8-15 years of experience in GenAI application development.
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Python.
    • Experience with development tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangFlow, Langgraph, LangSmith, Flowise.
    • Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, and Qdrant.
    • Ability to work with knowledge graphs, FastAPI, Streamlit, and Gradio.
