Job Overview

Our team is looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer-Gen AI to spearhead the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and optimize LLM-based applications with a focus on RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and model deployment.
  2. Implement GenAI solutions for text generation, summarization, code generation, and other NLP tasks.
  3. Develop and optimize ML models, leveraging classical and deep learning techniques.
  4. Build and integrate retrieval systems using vector databases like FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  5. Optimize and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for domain-specific use cases.
  6. Develop data pipelines for training, validation, and inference.
  7. Work on scalable AI solutions, ensuring performance and cost efficiency in deployment.
Required Skills:
  • Strong background in Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, and RAG implementation.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and their integration with AI models.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
