About us : Exide Energy Solutions Limited has a vision to solve social issues regarding energy, environment, and resources by producing lithium-ion battery products.

We are setting up India's first Giga plant to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells in Bengaluru.

As an Assistant Manager - Electrical Projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of electrical systems for our Gigafactory construction project.

You will oversee high-voltage substations, manage schedules, and teams, and be at the forefront of this transformative initiative.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, reviewing, and preparing electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Overseeing and managing 220KV and 11KV substation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Planning and monitoring project schedules, manpower, equipment.
  • Conducting regular site visits to track progress, ensure consistency with plans, and take corrective actions to meet completion schedules.
  • Raising and verifying material and erection bills, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Assisting in procuring electrical equipment and floating business inquiries aligned with project specifications.
  • Collaborating with contractors, electricity board officials, supervisors, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
  • Supervising execution work, including electrical systems, HVAC, LV systems, fire fighting, and related infrastructure.
  • Coordinating with site construction managers to resolve time-sensitive, construction-related electrical issues.
  • Interpreting and implementing plans, specifications, drawings, and engineering documents effectively.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, proven experience in project execution, specifically in electrical systems for large-scale construction, excellent skills in project scheduling, budget management, and site progress monitoring, expertise in interacting with contractors, sub-contractors, and regulatory officials, familiarity with multidisciplinary execution works such as HVAC, LV systems, and fire fighting, proficiency in interpreting engineering and construction documents, and strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational qualification: Electrical Engineering Graduate with strong experience in Electrical Projects.
