Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations at Garuda Mall, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium retail brands and demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills. They will be responsible for driving store performance, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of all activities.

Sales & Performance Management:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, meet and exceed sales targets, and ensure optimal store performance.

Customer Experience:
Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Team Management:
Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent results. Conduct performance reviews and manage staff schedules.

Inventory Management:
Ensure accurate stock levels, inventory audits, and proper stock rotation. Collaborate with the supply chain to avoid stock shortages.

Visual Merchandising:
Maintain brand standards in-store displays and merchandising to enhance product visibility and customer appeal.

Compliance & Security:
Ensure the store complies with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Safeguard against theft and shrinkage.

Reporting:
Prepare and present sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a store management role, preferably with premium retail brands such as Prestige, Hawkins, Dyson, or Adidas.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business management, retail, or a related field is preferred.

Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.

Customer-Centric:
Exceptional customer service skills and a focus on delivering superior customer experiences.

Sales Acumen:
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
