Skillful Client Liaison Role

We seek an experienced professional to take on a key position as our Senior Client Servicing Executive. This role demands exceptional relationship management skills, in-depth understanding of brand communication, and the ability to transform client requirements into effective advertising solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client servicing within the advertising, marketing, or digital industries, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and delivering results-driven campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong bonds through clear communication and timely project delivery.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of client business objectives, marketing goals, and brand identity to provide strategic insights.
  • Brief internal teams effectively, ensuring seamless collaboration and project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, guaranteeing quality and punctual delivery.
  • Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity.
  • Cultivate opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.
  • Manage budgets, approvals, and ensure smooth workflow across stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing within the mentioned industries.
  • A full-time & on-site work opportunity only.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Social media handling is a preferred additional qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling.
  • Prior agency experience would be a great added advantage.
