Job Overview

As an Email Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective email campaigns. Your expertise in HTML and CSS will enable you to craft emails that are both beautiful and functional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build engaging HTML email templates for various marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers and copywriters, to turn concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Ensure email campaigns are mobile-responsive and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Optimize email layouts for readability, deliverability, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing across devices, email clients, and screen sizes.
  • Work with marketing automation platforms to implement and schedule email campaigns.
  • Support A/B testing of subject lines, design variations, CTAs, and other elements.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest email design best practices, trends, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in email design and HTML development.
  • Proficiency in design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email, including inline styles and email client quirks.
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first email frameworks.
  • Attention to detail and excellent QA/testing habits.
  • Understanding of email marketing principles, campaign structure, and segmentation.
