Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with clients to perform implementations, consult on the product suite, and discuss application design.
  • Collaborate with Project/Implementation managers from other Fiserv teams and clients to identify and clear roadblocks, negotiate deadlines, and define priorities with implementation engineers.
  • Manage risks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services, as well as relevant industry trends and best practices.
  • Handle mission-critical projects during and after implementation.
  • Analyze network issues, understand flows and dependencies, and discuss with network engineers.
  • Drive production incidents to resolution by analyzing and coordinating with required parties.
  • Discuss technical issues with business analysts and developers.
  • Recreate problems locally, identify underlying defects, and perform technical evaluation.
  • Understand the impact of changes across the application.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong self-motivation, excellent time management skills, and ability to work on time-sensitive projects.
  • Analytical skills to assess client business needs, identify solutions, and manage requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.
  • Proficient in computer systems and personal computer use.
  • Knowledge of business methods and practices in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
