As a key member of our project management team, the Project Manager Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and contributing to the development of best practices within the project management office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and other collaboration activities.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on cost control and budgeting.
