**Project Manager Role**

  • Our team seeks a skilled professional to lead project execution and ensure timely delivery of complex development projects. As an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Project Owner to develop detailed project plans.
  • You will monitor project progress, identify process gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will facilitate team-wise communication and support quality assurance goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. You will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • As a cross-functional project leader, you will work closely with engineers to guide feature/product development. Your expertise in Agile performance metrics will drive accountability and continuous improvement.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Project Management, and Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience working with remote teams is required

**Education and Experience**

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or Proven working experience in project management
  • Minimum 15 years of experience
