In this pivotal role, you will oversee the professional development of influential artists, driving their success through expert guidance and strategic partnerships.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and execute comprehensive career plans for top-tier talent, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.\
  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and industry trends.\
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with emerging talent, negotiate terms, and maintain strong influencer connections.\
  • Review and approve influencer content to ensure it meets high brand standards before publication.\
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and successful outcomes.\
  • Manage artist schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.\
  • Partner with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and artist strengths.\
  • Support senior team members in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.\
  • Onboard new talent, foster their growth, and support their alignment with industry trends and best practices.\
  • Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of social media and influencer market dynamics.\
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.\
    • Mastery of project management tools and software.\
    • Professional certification in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.\
    • A passion for the arts, music, and entertainment industry.\
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.\
    • Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn and grow with the company.\
    • Physical stamina to meet the demands of frequent travel and long working hours.\
