Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Specialist to lead our cross-functional teams and drive project success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • At least 10.5 years of experience in project management or related roles
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
