Service Leader – SMT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Leader to oversee the service operations for our SMT equipment, with a strong focus on Fuji SMT systems.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of hands-on experience in SMT processes, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance, particularly with Fuji equipment.

This role requires technical leadership, customer management, and team supervision to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Lead Service Operations for SMT machines, primarily Fuji platforms (e.g., NXT, NXTR series).
  • Install, commission, and support Fuji SMT lines at customer sites with minimal downtime.
  • Supervise a team of field service engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering is a must. We require applicants with at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Fuji SMT machines.

Fuji platforms: NXTR, NXT series, feeders, placement heads, and vision systems knowledge is essential. Analytical and troubleshooting skills in hardware and software aspects of SMT machines are also required.

A Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred. IPC-A-610 or equivalent SMT standards training would be beneficial but not mandatory.
