Business Development Manager for Logistics Solutions

We are seeking a professional to join our logistics team in Kolkata, India. This role involves prospecting new leads, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish to generate qualified leads.
  • Presents and promotes logistics solutions to build strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Accurately document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) and proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems

This is a full-time, on-site role working directly with US clients. The work shift is Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, and the candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
