**Job Title:** Visual Communications Specialist
**Role Overview**We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and identity.
**Responsibilities**- Develop visual designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and website layouts.
- Create engaging educational content, such as presentations, infographics, and video storyboards.
- Maintain and develop our brand identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure designs align with our messaging and goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Awareness of current trends in design and technology.
