Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to create high-quality visuals for digital and print campaigns. This role involves designing graphics for various platforms, collaborating with marketing teams, and utilizing traditional and AI-powered design tools to deliver compelling content.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, websites, and presentations.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign-aligned visuals that meet our brand standards.
    • Maintain consistency across all creative materials by adhering to our brand guidelines.
    • Create motion graphics and perform light video editing for reels and promos.
    • Utilize AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Canva AI to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines by prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Stay updated on the latest design trends, new tools, and best practices in the industry.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in digital marketing or an agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, and motion graphics software.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Design, DALL·E, Midjourney).
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile visuals.
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Slack, and Asana.
