Job Opportunity: Local Project Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a part-time local project coordinator to support the management of a Global Pro Bono program in Bengaluru, India.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management and Implementation
- Determine suitable host client organizations (non-profits and social enterprises) and develop Scope of Works (SOWs)
- Support host client organizations in preparing for corporate volunteer arrival
- Participate in conference calls with corporate volunteers and provide guidance on SOW delivery
- Serve as an interface between the organization and partner organizations in Bengaluru
- Logistics and Administration
- Assist in procuring accommodations and transportation for corporate volunteers
- Coordinate launch and closing events for corporate volunteers and host client organizations
- Prepare guides and suggestions for project coordinators
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and communication skills, experience conducting Gap and SWOT analysis, and strong organizational abilities.
