About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Epiq. As a key member of our shared services model, you will provide exceptional customer service and subject matter expertise to associates, management, external clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze requests or concerns, quickly interpreting situations, determining appropriate resolutions or escalations, and communicating resolutions to clients in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Investigate and provide guidance on HR policy-related questions, support both managers and associates, and recognize when escalation is necessary
  • Execute complex HR processes across the Hire to Retire domains within the team, adhere to agreed Key Result Areas (KRAs) and customer service standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-7 years of experience in Human Resource processes with subject matter expertise
  • Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good communication skills, including articulation and comprehension
  • Understanding of global environments and shared service spaces
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth, a dynamic work environment, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
