Job Title:

Motion Graphic Designer

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

As a key member, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicates the brand message across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Translate concepts and storyboards into dynamic, engaging visual content that aligns with the brand identity.
  • Utilize advanced techniques such as rotoscoping, masking, keying (chroma removal), tracking, and compositing to enhance motion content.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all outputs.

Video Editing Skills:

  • Edit raw footage into polished video content, incorporating clean cuts, good transitions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
  • Maintain a keen eye for pacing, timing, and rhythm to deliver engaging visual narratives.
  • Evaluate software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar senior creative role.
  • A compelling portfolio/showreel that demonstrates advanced motion design and video editing capabilities.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-impact creative assets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expert-level proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
  • Experience working exclusively on Mac OS environment.
