Job Title:

Law Department Head


About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of our organization. This includes assisting various business units in structuring transactions and contracts, as well as negotiating with third parties.

The selected candidate will also be required to resolve legal disputes, propose solutions to help the business lines complete their transactions or resolve issues within the company's operational/legal framework.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Law Department Head will need to build a strong, efficient legal team, instill discipline and internal control, and set up proper filing systems and procedures.

The role also involves managing litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other disputes related to trademarks, property matters, and business agreements.

The successful candidate will also be expected to provide regular updates on contingent liabilities and litigation costs, advise on property matters, and assist in drafting critical agreements.
