Senior Solution Architect

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Teamcenter solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-wide scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • The Senior Solution Architect will develop comprehensive solution roadmaps and architectural blueprints, providing expert guidance on Teamcenter best practices, integration strategies, and technology selection.
  • This role requires a trusted advisor who can serve clients, understanding their long-term business goals and challenges.
  • The Senior Solution Architect will conduct in-depth client assessments and requirements gathering sessions, developing and presenting strategic solution proposals and recommendations.
  • Built relationships with clients and stakeholders through strong communication and project management skills.
  • Responsible for architecting and implementing advanced Active Workspace configurations and customizations.
  • Designed and implemented complex server-side customizations to enhance core Teamcenter functionality.
  • Utilized and optimized Teamcenter integration frameworks like T4EA, T4S, and T4O.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems.
  • Led the architectural vision and implementation of large-scale Teamcenter projects.
  • Managed architectural risks and dependencies, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Mentored junior architects and developers.
  • Stay current with the latest PLM trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of internal best practices and methodologies.
  • Drove innovation and continuous improvement within the PLM practice.
  • Shared knowledge and expertise through presentations, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in designing, consulting, and implementing Teamcenter.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, customization, and integration.
  • Extensive experience with Active Workspace configuration and customization.
  • Deep understanding of server-side Teamcenter customizations.
  • Proven experience with Teamcenter integration frameworks (T4EA, T4S, T4O).
  • Strong PLM functional and technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications in Teamcenter or related PLM technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based Teamcenter deployments and architectures.
  • Experience with leading large, multi-year PLM transformation projects.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
