We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network operations and the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently.

The Network Analyst will be responsible for monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include continuously monitoring network performance and system alerts using various monitoring tools, analyzing network traffic patterns, and identifying potential issues.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for responding promptly to network incidents and alerts, working to diagnose and resolve issues, and documenting incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in detail.

A strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation and incident reports.
  • Clear communication with IT teams, end-users, and management.
