Senior Data Architect Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to join our data engineering team. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for designing the architecture, mentoring senior engineers, and engaging directly with clients.

About the Role:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Sr. Engineers, fostering growth and development within the group
  • Drive client communication, requirement gathering, and roadmap planning to ensure alignment and success
  • Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies to minimize impact on projects
  • Conduct code reviews & guide best practices to maintain high standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Broaden and deepen your expertise in data modeling and design, shaping our BNL data warehouse offerings
  • Solve complex data challenges through innovative solutions
  • Earn recognition for delivering high-quality features on time
  • Apply cutting-edge data tools and technologies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with 4+ years leading teams or managing multiple projects
  • Strong coding skills: Python, JVM, and Shell scripting with production-grade experience
  • 5+ years in cloud-native, data-intensive applications with mandatory AWS expertise

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployment
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation

Soft Skills:

  • A proactive, business-value-oriented mindset driving results
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
