Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the role of Cloud HCM Functional Architect. This position requires at least 8 years of relevant experience and expertise in large-scale application architectures.

About the Role:

  • This is a strategic and high-visibility position that enables successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • The ideal candidate will resolve issues in implementation projects, build proofs-of-concept during the sales cycle, work on enhancing existing tools & accelerators, and build new ones.
  • Responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues encountered during test cycles.
  • The selected individual will be a subject matter expert in a functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules / must have expertise in multiple modules and should have exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite.
  • Experience with Oracle Data Analytics (ODA) in a functional capacity is also required.
  • A functional lead or architect who has successfully implemented HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America) is preferred.
