System Support Analyst

The System Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and devices. This position is responsible for performing day-to-day application administration, monitoring and managing application and infrastructure health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer applications on all platforms, maintaining secure and up-to-date systems.
  • Respond to end-user trouble requests through our ticketing system, taking ownership of incidents and seeing them to full resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to identify and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field OR equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Three years of experience in systems administration analysis.
  • Proficiency in supporting applications and infrastructure, with hands-on experience providing Level 3 application and production support.
