Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement targeted campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to drive awareness and conversion for Airtel Finance's financial products.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to design campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Creative Ad Development & Testing:
- Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages tailored to each product offering.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad formats and messaging.
- Campaign Optimization & Data-Driven Decisions:
- Analyze campaign performance, optimizing for key metrics such as CPA and ROAS.
- Leverage data insights to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in running paid media campaigns for financial products
- Proven track record of managing campaigns for personal loans, EMI cards, business loans, fixed deposits, and credit cards
- Strong understanding of paid media strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization across Meta and Google platforms
- Expertise in campaign budget management, targeting, and ad copy development for financial services
- Proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey optimization
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and make data-driven decisions
