About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to oversee various accounting functions and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits. Key skills include strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
- Manage Accounts Receivable: Generate customer invoices, track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- General Ledger Accounting: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Preparing Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation and filing of various tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Fixed Assets Management: Maintain records of fixed assets, calculate depreciation, and ensure proper accounting for asset acquisitions and disposals.
- Inventory Accounting: Assist with inventory valuation and reconciliation.
- Assisting with Budgeting and Forecasting: Provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Requirements
2 - 5 Years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
