Financial Operations Manager

As a key team member, you play a vital role in managing and optimizing short-term liquidity. This position is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely cash management.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage cash balances, bank reporting, and treasury dashboards to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee and manage debt schedules to ensure timely payment of obligations.
- Collaborate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records to ensure accuracy and transparency.
You will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function. Additionally, you should have proficiency in financial and cash management principles. Your skills include excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
