Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
">This role is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting functions of an organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT/service tax, and statutory compliance.
Key responsibilities include reviewing monthly financial reports, preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, and other compliance reports on time. They will also manage procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, Capex management, salary, and employee reimbursements.
- Conduct financial statement variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze financial data to present to management.
- Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytics and reporting skills, and experience in accounting systems. They should be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
