Key Responsibilities:

This role involves working closely on the periodic forecast and annual planning for the company. The individual will provide stakeholders with analysis and insight into revenue and cost aspects.

Responsibilities include reviewing actuals against plans monthly, including account analysis, utilizing in-depth finance knowledge to create and generate reports and analysis metrics impacting financials.

The person will work on key internal and external presentations, analyzing and working on excel and larger databases to provide insights as requested.

Additionally, they will drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.

This role requires collaboration with senior management and independently driving process improvements, providing business insights on a periodic basis.

Maintenance of audit processes and performance tracking of peers are also essential responsibilities of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Around 2-5 years/5-12 years of experience, ideally in IT Industry
  • Preferred CA or MBA
  • Experience working with corporate Finance at FP&A function or Business Finance
  • Sharp analytical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
