Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Manager

Experience Required: 8-12 years of experience in managing data integration solutions for customer experience strategies.

Key Skills: Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud

  • Data Integration Specialist: Design and implement data integration solutions to support customer experience strategies.
  • Data Analyst: Identify required data points for use cases.

Data Analysis:

  • Cleanse and Prepare Data: Assess data usability in Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Data Normalization: Identify data cleansing requirements.
  • Data Mapping: Map data sources to CDP data objects.
  • Data Customization: Customize CDP objects as needed.
  • Data Relationship Building: Determine relationships between CDP data objects.
  • Primary and Secondary Keys: Identify primary and secondary keys for each object.
  • Test Data Creation: Design test data to validate data models and unification algorithms.
  • System Testing: Execute complex system tests.

Additional Requirements:

  • Marketing Data Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data in MarTech or Marketing Data & Analytics.
  • Customer Data Platform Implementation: Minimum 1-year implementation experience with Customer Data Platforms.
  • Identity Resolution: Experience in resolving identity data from multiple sources.
  • Data Governance: Design processes for data deduplication, enrichment, and governance.
    • Data Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience with data management, transformation, ETL using cloud-based tools.
    • Problem-Solving Attitude: Attitude for tackling technical challenges.
    • Salesforce Certifications: Relevant Salesforce experience and certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator).
