Job Role Overview

The Technical Manager position involves overseeing and enforcing technical policies, driving innovation, and spearheading regional advancements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop process enhancements and project approval frameworks through developer categorization.
  • Carry out site visits and propose regional adjustments to boost business performance and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor the technical evaluation process and manage vendors involved in the evaluation process.
  • Lead a team, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with stakeholders while preserving portfolio excellence.
  • Regularly assess and train the team's proficiency levels, including cross-functional training sessions.
  • Meet technical evaluation TAT targets.
