Job Title: Production Director

This is a key leadership role in our production department.

Role Overview:

The Production Director will lead a dedicated vertical, managing end-to-end production processes and client relationships. This role will oversee a team of creative producers (project managers) and ensure seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of creative producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with BFSI sectors is a plus, with an understanding of sector-specific creative and regulatory requirements.
