Key Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to guarantee optimal operational efficiency across all day-to-day dialer campaign operations, achieving daily contact objectives for clients through the utilization of best practices and software tools to maximize campaign productivity and attain superior performance results.

Beyond regulatory compliance and client-specific dialing strategies, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing outbound solution strategies around contact center technology solutions and Omni Channel ACD technology
  • Developing dialer agent scripting, disposition, and reporting solutions
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team and Client Services team on technology solutions
  • Maintaining performance and efficiencies, providing recommendations for enhancements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record in an outbound analytical role or support capacity. They should also possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be dynamic, dependable, and able to work under high pressure. They must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, integrity, and drive.
