Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Professional

This role requires a strong portfolio in automation testing, test-driven development, and agile methodologies. Understanding concepts of artificial intelligence for potential use in quality assurance processes is also essential.

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled software quality assurance professional to oversee end-to-end test automation, UI, APIs, and pipelines. You will be responsible for designing and developing automated tests, shipping clean code, killing flaky ones, and ensuring continuous delivery without breaking the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build UI test flows using modern tools
  • Explore AI-powered quality assurance solutions
  • Automate backend/API tests using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent
  • Develop smoke tests, regression suites, kill switches, and sanity checks
  • Integrate all tests into CI/CD pipelines for auto-validation
  • Debug failing builds, isolate bugs, log them efficiently, and effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of the curve
  • Maintain test data and manage test environments
Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks
  • Solid understanding of API testing, version control, and test lifecycle
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Proficiency in writing, maintaining, and debugging automated test scripts
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (K6, JMeter) is a plus
  • Exposure to testing AI/ML-based systems would be beneficial
