Senior Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Developer to lead our team in creating robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Backend Development: Leverage your expertise in PHP to design, develop, and deploy efficient backend systems.
  • CodeIgniter Framework: Utilize your experience with CodeIgniter (CI 1 & 4) to ensure seamless integration of backend services.
  • Python Integration: Collaborate with the team to integrate Python scripts into our existing infrastructure.
  • Database Management: Manage and optimize MySQL databases to improve performance and data security.
  • JavaScript and API Integration: Apply your knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and RESTful APIs to create engaging user interfaces and backend services.
  • Code Review and Testing: Participate in peer code reviews and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability and adherence to best practices.
  • Version Control and Collaboration: Work efficiently with Git for version control, branching, and collaborative development.
  • Bottleneck Identification and Resolution: Identify bottlenecks and devise solutions to mitigate and address them.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding junior developers in adopting best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps. You will also contribute to ensuring technical documentation and architectural diagrams are well maintained.
