Accounting Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations:
    • Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting entries (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with tax filings and other statutory requirements.
  • Global Financial Support:
    • Support transfer pricing compliance and related documentation.
    • Handle cross-border payments and banking liaison.
    • Assist in consolidation of group accounts.
  • Expense Management:
    • Record, monitor, and clear company expenses.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
    • Handle employee reimbursements and expense reports.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Prepare and file necessary returns and reports on time.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Purchase Orders and Sales Orders:
    • Create and manage PO's and SO's.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders.
    • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams.
  • Audit and Performance Metrics:
    • Support statutory and internal audits.
    • Assist in MIS reports for management.
    • Maintain accurate records for due diligence and fundraising-related requirements.
    Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
    • Professional qualification preferred: CA Inter
    • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
    • Skills:
    • Proficient in Zoho books and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
