The job involves effective communication with various teams including business, technology, and compliance to ensure timely updates and deadlines are met.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project activities and schedules;
  • Maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation;
  • Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs;
  • Liaising with stakeholders across different departments;
  • Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting;
  • Ensuring adherence to banking procedures and compliance standards;

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a similar environment;
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills;
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools;
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams;
  • Familiarity with Appian or IT project environments is an asset (not required).
