About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects within the banking domain.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Spearhead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Tech Enablement: Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • DevOps Adoption: Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and willingly shoulder additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Agile Environment: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
