Key Responsibilities
  • Translate project briefs into compelling visual stories that resonate with audiences

  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion graphics projects that drive engagement and captivate viewers
  • Animate graphics and typography using Adobe After Effects, bringing designs to life with precision and flair
  • Edit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, crafting seamless narratives that captivate and inspire
  • Contribute creative ideas and participate actively in brainstorming sessions, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and meet project goals, driving success through teamwork and dedication
  • Apply feedback constructively to refine deliverables, embracing continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in creative/design/video field, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise and versatility
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Communication Design, with a focus on innovation and creative thinking
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, with a solid understanding of industry-standard software and technologies
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to produce consistent, creative designs that meet high standards of quality and excellence
  • Adaptability and multitasking in fast-paced environment, with a flexible approach to meeting changing project requirements
  • Commitment to an on-site role for minimum 2 years, with a clear understanding of the importance of face-to-face collaboration and communication
