Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Creative Director to spearhead the development of visually captivating motion graphics and video content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality motion graphics, visual effects, and animations that elevate brand storytelling.
  • Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished video segments that align with client objectives and branding.
  • Collaborate with designers and editors to create engaging and informative videos that captivate audiences.
  • Ensure seamless integration of sound design and music editing to deliver a polished final product.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, tools, and techniques to stay ahead in production values.
  • Manage post-production processes, including organizing assets, timelines, and schedules.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions during project development to push boundaries of video content.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and ability to create engaging and informative videos.
  • Solid experience in motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation, and visual effects.
  • A good eye for detail, pacing, and timing in video editing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics and video editing projects (required).
  • Knowledge of other software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
