Are you passionate about shaping the cloud landscape?

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, with expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. They will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate application requirements into cloud architecture/infrastructure
  • Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures
  • Select appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and core infrastructure services
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience hosting applications on GCP using Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage
  • Networking principles and protocols, such as IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, Virtual Private Cloud, Load Balancer, Cloud DNS, Cloud CDN
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services, such as EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Route 53/DNS, Clustering (EKS and ECS), Log Management, and IAM
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef)
  • Strong notions of security best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate knowledge of other two platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with Service Now, Incident Management, Change Management, and other ITIL processes
