Job Title:
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our secretarial and compliance functions in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secretarial matters, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on secretarial matters and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of secretarial tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.
Requirements:
- PQE of 5-7 years with experience in secretarial matters and governance.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving compliance initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
