Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to lead our network operations.

This role entails designing, implementing, and optimizing network solutions as well as providing advanced support and guidance to the network team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of Multi-Pod and Multi-Site Cisco ACI design, implementation, and support
  • Working knowledge of Citrix and F5 load Balancer products
  • In-depth knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP
  • Hands-on experience (expert level) of Routing & Switching on vendor devices Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix, and Cisco ACI
  • Provide level 2 support as the final point of escalation and resolve issues efficiently
  • Support in rotation shifts and 24/7 on-call duty when required
  • Troubleshoot traffic flows via underlay and overlay
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Design and implement advanced network solutions
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues
  • Configure and optimize Cisco AAA servers
  • Manage and secure Cisco Next-Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Oversight of deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers
  • Implement and manage Cisco ACI and SDN solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network team
  • Ability to assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution
  • Forward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations
  • Excellent analytical and interpretive skills
  • Develop and maintain network documentation and standards
  • Good knowledge of ITIL framework and service management
