Artwork Coordinator

The role of the Artwork Coordinator, under the responsibility of the Global Artwork Lead, involves coordinating artwork activities and ensuring the modification of existing products or the creation of new products or new markets in line with global strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and validating the feasibility of requests received relating to artworks (creation or modification).
  • Evaluating request clarity and requesting corrections if necessary.
  • Gathering information from various departments involved and verifying quality.
  • Monitoring progress and validating artwork information in Vault.
  • Coordinating artwork activities for global projects.
  • Issuing requests for plate costs when relevant.

Development Management:

  • Providing complete artwork briefs to graphics designers teams.
  • Ensuring deadlines are acceptable and met by the graphic designers teams.
  • Coordinating activities with the graphics designers teams.

Coordination:

  • Executing meta data updates in Veeva.
  • Coordinating artwork approvals with affiliates and global departments.
  • Verifying affiliate alignment with artwork briefs and informing of timing or cost impact when applicable.
  • Meeting approval deadlines.

Planning:

  • Receiving forecasts of artwork to be produced from various requesters.
  • Ensuring graphic team capacity to produce required artwork and identifying potential risks.
  • Verifying forecast quality, identifying discrepancies, and raising issues with managers.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
