Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX process from research and ideation to execution\

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine solutions\
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for implementation\
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent patterns across products\
  • Presents design concepts and iterate based on feedback\
  • Leverage data, research tools, and AI platforms to accelerate workflows\
  • Monitor UX metrics and improve design outcomes\
  • Stay updated with design trends and contribute to evolving the design strategy

  • Drive innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction\
  • Create scalable UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences\
  • Lead behavioral research across diverse personas\
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement\

Requirements:
