About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that are visually appealing, highly functional, and consistent across all platforms. From initial concept to final handoff, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma .
  • Conduct usability testing to identify pain points and improve product usability.
  • Design intuitive icons and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Implement responsive design principles for seamless multi-device experiences.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Maintain consistent visual design and user experience standards across projects.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX design, and visual design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, tailwind and usability testing .
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles .
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for better design-dev collaboration).
  • Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
