About the Role:

  • Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage advanced data analytics and predictive modelling to deliver high-impact outcomes across Australia and globally.
  • Key Responsibilities: Support the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Mentorship and Collaboration: Partner with Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions that align with our platform vision. Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling and advanced SQL querying.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years' experience working with pharma clients, leveraging longitudinal patient datasets to solve use cases such as forecasting, brand performance tracking, prescriber targeting, segmentation, patient journeys, and omni-channel attribution.
  • A strong solutioning mindset: able to engage directly with clients, unpack requirements through probing Q&A, translate business needs into analytical designs, and own the problem→solution path.
  • Proven client communication skills: confident running stakeholder meetings, handling back-and-forth to refine scope, and presenting insights.
