Guest Relations Ambassador

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Executive to join our team at JLL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, building strong relationships with guests, and resolving any concerns or issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded at all times.
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Answer guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Anticipate the needs of guests and provide personalized recommendations and assistance throughout their stay.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, resolving any issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, and other amenities to assist guests with their inquiries and activities.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
- Collect and record guest feedback, suggesting ways to improve guest satisfaction and overall experience.
- Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness, appearance, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel management systems.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A professional and friendly demeanor, with a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences.
