Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Tech Support: Strong understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information.
  • Fast Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute typing speed is required for efficient issue resolution.
