**Job Opportunity:**

The Property Management team strategically manages Target Properties to deliver value, reliability, and brand. As a Manager Property Management, you will lead a team of up to 10 resources in asset portfolio management.

As part of this role, you will lead Target's strategic priorities in sustainability and asset portfolio by working closely with multiple teams in Minneapolis & India within Property Management functions such as asset management, portfolio management.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Facilitate transitions/knowledge transfers of new tools/capabilities and skillsets towards global capability enhancement.
  • Manage multiple priorities in waste minimization, energy conservation, vendor management, WO management, asset portfolio management, talent management, and partner engagement.
  • Develop the process of Asset Portfolio managing the collection, changes, and updates of information over multi-billion dollar assets across all locations.
  • Collaborate with Ops teams and stakeholders to ensure an accurate understanding of what we own.

**Requirements:**

This is a critical process that is fundamental to all of Property Management's other key processes and investment decisions.

Minimum requirements include:

  • 7+ years business experience in retail or related field with preference for Mechanical/electrical domain.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and managing a program, or complex processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree from Accredited Universities. Preferably in Mechanical Electrical streams.
